About the journal
Founded in 1978 by Professors Herbert L. Abrams and Eberhard Zeitler, CVIR is the oldest IR journal.
CVIR publishes original research work including clinical and laboratory investigations, technical notes, case reports, works in progress, and letters to the editor, as well as review articles, pictorial essays, editorials, and special invited submissions in the field of vascular and interventional radiology.
Over the years, the journal has become known for its cutting-edge research, fast manuscript processing times and high impact factor.
CVIR currently has an impact factor of 2.191.
